Refund policy

Thank you for choosing PureMastic mastic gum product. We strive to provide you with high-quality items and exceptional customer service.

Below is our return policy regarding mastic gum purchases: 

·        Once our product leaves the warehouse, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to its natural properties. 

·        Exceptions are made only for damaged or incorrect orders.

·        If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days for resolution. 

·        To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Pls include your order number, full name, and reason for the return and supporting photos.

·        If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions for returning the package. Once received and meeting return conditions, we'll process the refund via your original payment method. Note that return funds may take up to 4 weeks to reach your account. 

·        Prior to shipping your return, please ensure to contact our customer support team for approval. For further inquiries, reach out to us at orders@PureMastic.com.au

·        Customers are responsible for any duties or import taxes imposed by their country. Parcels returned to us due to non-payment of import fees will be forfeited.

·        Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges of any kind.

·        European Union orders are also subject to our no-returns policy due to the perishable and consumable nature of our product.
