Chewing Pure Mastic daily has become a much loved daily ritual. It’s been 3 weeks and I can feel the difference. My muscles have gotten so much stronger, my jawline is feeling (and looking) more defined and I start to miss my 1-2 hour jaw workout after breakfast and lunch if I forget to take my tin.
The daily chewing also seems to have diminished the occasional cravings and my digestion as a whole has improved - I’m really not sure what else to praise for it.
